Please feel free to arrive as early as 4:00pm but no later than 5:45pm.
There will be a simple ceremony at approximately 6:00pm.

Open mic for speeches:

If you would like to share a story about Rob or Shannon, we will have time during dinner for folks to speak to the whole group. Please keep it short and sweet!

Gifts

We're asking for no gifts, in part to help offset any hotel/airbnb costs but also because we're already all set up house-wise.

Venue

  • We'll have a big tent out back with music for dancing
  • We'll have a firepit going out front with marshmallows
  • Indoors will be open with couches and an arcade machine for folks that want to escape the music for a while
  • The basement den is open for folks to get some breathing room/quiet time
  • There are also two guest rooms that would be good spots to take babies/kids for a break
  • The music room and theater aren't open for folks, but could be used as overflow if all the babies and kids need timeouts at once

Food

  • Dinner is a Greek food buffet
  • Desserts are coming from a local bakery, oodles of them
  • There will be snacks
  • Open bar - just help yourself! We're keeping it casual

Dress Code
It's a casual themed event, so no need to dress up at all.

Rob said he's aiming for "dinner casual" which means pretty much how he always dresses, but if you're looking for an excuse to get fancy go for it.

It gets colder at night up here than Toronto, a sweater or something would be a good idea if you want to chill outside later at night.

If you haven't been contacted about reserved parking, please park at the public lot in Dundalk and take the shuttle.

Shuttles are available to bring you to the event, and return you to the same location.

Please see specific locations for pickup times.

Return shuttles will be available at 10:00pm and 12:00am for both locations.

These are the only return times, so please plan accordingly.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to make sure you don't miss the shuttle.
